Willard Wigan micro sculptor
With thanks to Mascha for bringing this to my attention... Amazing work! Playing with the unseen, carving beauty out of "nothing at all"...

Help

I wish him the best!! $20 million is probably a pretty good hourly rate of pay for the time he put in. So, since he didn’t really enjoy it, he can stop now !!!!
Amazing human capacity, and I so admire him for taking the psychological beatings as kid and turning them into something astounding.
Thanks to you and to Mascha for the insight.
Blessings, OM Bastet
There are a few more YouTube vids about Willard.
Here’s one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jjUXiwn9djU
He says he’s had to train himself to slow down his metabolism and work in the space between two heartbeats, otherwise the pulse in his hands would destroy these tiny sculptures.
In other words, he’s become a yogi with a siddha no one else has developed to the same extent so far.
What floors me, apart from the artistry, is the humility this man displays. He paints his sculptures with a hair plucked from the back of a house fly… but he won’t kill any flys. He waits until he finds a dead one to get a new paint brush.
