New Group: Integral Post-metaphysical Spirituality

Following C4Chaos' suggestion on how to create dynamic, thriving "pods," and inspired by recent discussions in the blogosphere, I am using my blog to announce the creation of a new Gaia group:
Integral Post-metaphysical Spirituality
Here is my description of the group:
With the publication of Integral Spirituality, Ken Wilber has in essence nailed his Integral theses to the doors of the churches, mosques, temples, and synagogues of the world: to remain viable in our postmodern age, spiritual traditions (and spiritual teachers) must, on some level, respond to the insights of modernity and post-modernity and begin to move towards more integral, post-metaphysical expressions. I created this pod to invite members of the Gaia community to come together to explore and critically respond to this challenge.What paths lie ahead for religion and spirituality in the 21st Century? How might the insights of modernity and post-modernity impact and inform humanity's ancient wisdom traditions? How are we to enact, together, new spiritual visions - independently, or within our respective traditions - that can respond adequately to the challenges of our times?
This group is for anyone interested in exploring these questions and tracing out the horizons of an integral post-metaphysical spirituality.

Thats a great construction area .an important topic. We have discussed it in Germany, Austria and Switzerland in the Wilber Study groups from 1999 until 2005 and no final conclusions were achieved. I prefer KW take on it and Integral Spiritituality (The book) is considered very helpful and challenging at the same time by me.
However one crucial topic isnt answered right now:
What about the dimension some call Third Tier. Don Beck voiced very strong scepticism regarding the superfivial chatter of many integralists regarding this theme.
I agree with Don.
What I support is ongoing research about stages and states as done 1986 first time in “Transformations of Consciousness”. New edition is announced. I am curious. Andrew Cohens new book “Evolutionary Enligtenment” is announced for autumn this year. Andrew promises the most detailed insights of his revolutionary ecperiment with his advanced students.
Integral postmetaphysical spirituality has to adress in the most exact, precise and distinctive way all criteria and points. Like in strictest scientific verification procedures.
Thats crucial for me. In case no new stage can be identified the whole field of relevance will suffer a vertical collapse. This fragile new tiny space of consciousness has then to be checked how exactly it will impact consciousness in culture, politics , business , science and other hardcore areas of mainstream. No sirupy interpretations allowed as Andrew Cohen rightly demands.
